Yoga Teacher Hub
Welcome to the Yoga Teacher Hub. I love people, with my wish being to build a caring and supportive network for new and existing teachers. I’m excited to share my knowledge, skills and passion for teaching accessible and inclusive yoga through yoga teacher training, CPD workshops and events. I have over 300 hours of training and more than 4000 hours of teaching experience.
Over the past decade, I’ve taught yoga on the side and left a full time career in social care to successfully freelance. I am also one of the original founders of Studio 70, which I co owned until Autumn 2023. After having two kids in my 40’s, I realised life as a yoga studio owner was no longer working for me and I wanted to have the freedom to customise my career around my lifestyle. I hope I can help you to do the same!
I host quarterly get togethers for yoga teachers at the Wellbeing Hub, in the east end of Glasgow. This is an opportunity for teachers to take some time for self care and network with peers in a relaxed and informal setting.
Yin Yoga 40 Hour Immersion
My Glasgow, 40 hour Yin Yoga Immersion is accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals. It consists of 34.5 contact hours and 5.5 non contact hours. You will also receive a comprehensive, digital manual. The course will be led by Michelle Lang, with support from fellow teacher Lorraine Livingstone, who will deliver the meridian and acupressure module.
Pricing is £550, but a special early bird discount of 10% will apply until 20th April 2024. A £95 deposit is required and the balance can be paid in full, or split into 3 payments.
The course will take place at the Wellbeing Hub in Glasgow, over 5 days, from 16/9/24 - 20/924. Each day will open with a Yin Yoga practice and shall incorporate asana, pranayama and mindfulness.
Meditation is an important part of the training and this module will consist of a nature walk or forest bath, which be used to inspire a guided meditation that you will prepare later in the day.

Teachers with an existing 200 hour qualification that wish to further their studies and learn to confidently craft authentic yin classes.
